When editing the frequency for a scheduled transaction,
- enter the recurrence to Every 1 months,
- set the date to 1st of the month, no change on weekends,
- set the Start Date to 2nd of the month (i.e. 2nd of May).

Expected Results:
The first occurrence should be on 1st of June.

Actual Results:
The first occurrence is set to 1st of May.
