Grilo needs a PUBLISHER key so that plugins like thegamesdb can use it to fetch the publisher of a game.

thegamesdb: Support fetching publisher of a game using PUBLISHER key

Currently grilo doesn't support fetching of publisher of a game.
This commit will be used in thegamesdb plugin to fetch publisher
of games.

Publisher can be used in other scenarios too, not only in games. Would you mind submitting your patch as MR in gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/grilo ?
