If max-files has a not zero value, splitmuxsink should remove old segment files which is managed by queue with file name. (referenced by multifilesink element)

splitmuxsink: add filename and remove old files by max_files property value

The max_files value is always zero as default.
But if the max_files is set from hlssink2, it need to remove old files with max_files value.
