Add ability to change the DAV:displayname of CalDav and CardDav collection and the ability to syncrhonize this property with the server.

Also consider showing CARDDAV:addressbook-description  and CALDAV:calendar-description, adding the ability to edit and syncrhonize this with the server.

Thanks for a bug report. Please see the reasons in bug #795869, it applies here as well. The description is shown, when searching for the calendars/books (it's when adding a single source and clicking "Find Calendar" button there).
