Budget summary pane screenshot

As of GnuCash upgrading to GTK3, it now respects my global GTK theme (Adawaita-Dark). While previous bugs around the register text colour have been fixed since 2.7, there are still text contrast issues in the budget editor, in both the main pane, and the summary footer pane.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release, 3.1. Once that release is available, you may want to check for a software upgrade provided by your Linux distribution or on our website.
