Description Michael Catanzaro 2018-04-05 16:47:32 UTC
We've gone back and forth on this, in bug #781440 and bug #788845. We do want tabs to work in app mode, but probably only when opening new links, right? Creating a new empty tab does not seem very app-like. It could be useful for separate profiles (silos), but that's not what app mode really is.
