With a report displayed, the toolbar includes a button for printing and a button for PDF export. With 3.0, both of these do exactly the same thing: open the Print dialog to select a printer.

These worked correctly in 2.6.19: Print opens the print dialog, and Export as PDF button opens a file save dialog titled "Export to PDF file".
