should point at https://help.gnome.org/users/evolution/stable/ 
using 3.26.6 (3.26.6-1.fc27)  On fedora.

Thanks for a bug report. The URL is correct, you do not want to read documentation of any current stable version of evolution, when your version of evolution is 3.26. This of all those Long Term Support distributions with significantly older versions like 3.10 or 3.18. The help of 3.26 is not the same as in those ancient versions. Not talking that current stable is 3.28 now.

Anyway, the problem is that the infrastructure stopped generating those help files, thus the URL doesn't work.
