Problem:

Currently, the profterm UI is cluttered with Profile options
that I and many others never use, because we only have one
profile and have no need for additional ones.  Having this
unnecessary clutter around makes the UI much more cumbersome.

I also want to redo and clean up the prefs dialog a bit.

New user immediate impression: finding where
to set the font was difficult. Edit->Current profile
was not particularly discoverable...
