example - dialog always on top (wrong)

The dialog "New Account Hierarchy Setup" is displayed always on top of all Ubuntu-windows. Also for other Ubuntu-programs.

System: Ubuntu 17.10
GnuCash: git 2.7.5-107-g636865fbe+ (2018-03-11)

Other dialogs, like "GnuCash Preferences", "Find Account Dialog" etc. are displayed only on top of main GnuCash-window.

See examples in the appendix.

Changed this on PR310, for information it has been like that since 2011 and it was I who made the change. Spooky.

This problem has been fixed in the unstable development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. You may need to upgrade your Linux distribution to obtain that newer version.
