Ugly disabled labels on dark theme in Windows

In windows there is some problem with rendering of disabled labels (ie in menus) when dark theme is active. See attached image. As you can see, enabled labels are crisp / sharp, but disabled ones are kind of blurry. 
Windows, I think, uses some 3D effect for disabled items and this can cause bad things on dark themes, but I'm not sure if this is the case.

Tested on GIMP 2.9.8 (commit 18794a6ba2), Win7 64bit
