Description Anders Jonsson 2018-02-22 18:13:48 UTC
In data/org.gnome.evolution-data-server.gschema.xml.in is a string ending with:

"Company-CalDAV:caldav.company.com - enables 'Company' OAuth2 authentication for any 'CalDAV' source, which reads data from 'caldav.companycaldav.com' host"

Here it looks to me like the 'caldav.companycaldav.com' in the end should be 'caldav.company.com' as it is earlier in the string.

Thanks for a bug report. That's a very good catch. You are right, there was a typo. I guess as it's a typo correction it doesn't require announcing the change, does it?

Created commit 526a1910c in eds master (3.27.92+)

It requires translators to update translations, so I would say it requires asking for a string freeze break. :)

Right, I've been afraid of it, while I kind of hoped that the change is understandable, due to giving false and/or confusing information to the users otherwise. I sent an email to gnome-i18n and gnome-doc-list lists.
