detach button is empty

In the mailing list it's been reported that if in gnome-tweak tool you set the title bar buttons to the left (instead of right), then the detach button disappears.

I've just made a try on Fedora 27/GNOME and the button is present but it's empty.
See attached screenshot.

I confirm this bug. I get it with Ubuntu 17.10 with the Unity window manager/UI.

Thanks for pointing this out. Fix pushed to master as commit 67e8a8ab and geary-0.12 as commit 6be70ffe.
