Description:
The Panel experienced a Seg Fault at startup, before the Gnome desktop ever 
finished loading.  I'm not sure how to reproduce it fully, but I've noticed that on 
startup I frequently see cases where the entire desktop did not load properly (which 
is evident in that the icons on the desktop are missing and the right-click menus are 
not available.
