Ability to clean dconf database (remove keys not defined by schemas)

(More or less a reopening of bug 664278, historically marked as duplicate of bug 649408.) Now that we can map relocatable schemas to the wanted path(s), it would be great to have a way to remove keys not defined by a schema from the dconf database, excluding of course the ones the user wants to keep (removed apps that could be reinstalled, legacy software using dconf directly). How this should be done needs design, it could even be an external program…
