GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 792423
Strange color when screenshoting/animating
Last modified: 2018-01-12 08:14:40 UTC
Created attachment 366625 [details] Screenshot -- wrong color. Recently I find a strange color issue, when I see a window's color, it's normal (Just like what GNOME designed, black theme with BLUE highlight) but when I use screenshot, it turns to be a more red black theme and a ORANGE highlight, and what I can confirm is that's not a gnome-screenshot issue, because when I use Super + Up Arrow to max a window, GNOME shows a smooth animate, in the animate the color becomes strange too (ORANGE highlight), so I guess that's a compositor issue? And when I want to screenshot my terminal, the color in PS1 becomes a mess, for example, red turns blue, also in animate. I think that's not my screen problem, anyway if it helps, I am using a precision 5510, GNOME/Wayland on the Intel GPU, with 100% Adobe RGB 4K screen. Enable/disable the color profile doesn't matters, I've tried. This problem happens recently.
