Set tracker:writeback for more audio specific properties

I have been writing a wrtiteback module that uses gstreamer to save tags to common music formats. Some of these properties (see link below) in the ontology do not have `tracker:writeback` set on them. If its ok, I would like to make some changes so that the new writeback module can function properly, when its hopefully merged.

`nmm:MusicPiece` properties I intend to support writeback for: https://github.com/saifulbkhan/tracker-miners/blob/gst-writeback/src/tracker-writeback/tracker-writeback-gstreamer.c#L700

Looks good. Marking a-c-n, but should be probably pushed together with bug #792202.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new enhancement request ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/tracker/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
