GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 792023
Volume OSD shifts left/right when volume is changed
Last modified: 2017-12-29 09:55:41 UTC
Created attachment 366052 [details] Screencast of volume OSD shifting left/right When I increase/decrease the volume (using the hardware volume keys on my Thinkpad), the on-screen display volume indicator shifts (very slightly) horizontally when the volume is changed. It looks like it's only shifting a pixel or so (or even sub-pixel?). I presume this is unintentional and that the window should remain static as the volume is changed. I have attached a screencast showing the shifting. This is on GNOME Version 3.26.2 on Fedora 27, on a ThinkPad T410s. (cheers and thanks for all of the great work in Gnome Shell)
