Fix schema string

Hi,
in org.gnome.desktop.sound.gschema.xml.in is the wording "Whether volume can be change to".

Here it looks like it should be "can be change*d*". Attached patch fixes this.

Thanks! By the way, shouldn't it still contain a "be"?

In that case it would look like "Whether volume can be set above 100%".
