Proposed patch; Fix Python console plugin

The Python console plugin is supposed to add 'Python console' menu item after 'Preferences' but enabling this plugin does no effect.

After investigating for some time, I found that invalid "__all__" in src/plugins/pythonconsole/pythonconsole.py broke the plugin. I think it was for src/plugins/pythonconsole/console.py.
