Could someone review the patch or can anything be done to help this landing?
Sebastian, someone needs to set up a build environment and re-render all video files by running https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-getting-started-docs/tree/animation/render-localized.sh. If you can help with this, please let us know.

Re-rendered C videos using VP9 and committed as b8a7896063a06ef72fb4063443e84981ad592fd8. The files appear to be around 30% smaller. Not sure if that depends on the encoder version, or we need to tweak the build scripts further to get to the 50%. TODO translated videos.
