The location of gstreamer, gst-plugins-base and gst-plugins-good on ftp.gnome.org appears to have changed since modulesets-stable was last updated

Minimal patch to update the download directories attached (which doesn't update the version - there is also an updated stable version of gstreamer, but I haven't tested that)

Alternatively, you could set them to be <branch repo="gstreamer" ... > to pick them up from gstreamer.freedesktop.org instead
