We use openssl under curl under curlhttpsink, so we added an openssl build to Cerbero.

Additional patch to add the license type which the openssl recipe uses.

The problem is that the OpenSSL license is GPL incompatible, so we can't ship both at once. And nothing is using OpenSSL right now so there's not much point in merging this.

Afaik, our current DTLS elements still use OpenSSL ...
