Greetings.  I wanted to give some feedback on the "New Launcher" root menu
item which creates a icon on the desktop.  It allows you to change the type
but when you change the type the dialog should change to match what you're
trying to do.  That is if you are trying to do a launcher that creates a
mime type it should allow you to put a mime type in.  

I know this is obvious, but I want a bug filed against it so that we don't
forget to finish this up.  (if this is a duplicate please delete)

This dialog is part of the panel moving there.

The new launcher dialog is really bad. Perhaps we could create an easy
to use druid like that used in windows XP. The current dialog is
confusing and basically unusable for non-advance users.
