Trying to show up the kind of soul picture i want create

I want to build an Image who can be visible, an readable in any image. 

So as we can do in subtitle, i want to surround black element by white or reverse white by black depends of the main color where i chose to bring my image. 

So I want to can scale but not in a O (0.0) point but in a choosing point G. 

So i can chose a homothety center for my point transformation. This can be really useful to create more professional design with gimp. 

I can help for the development, I'm in Lille North of France and working in a place where freedom is important.  

If we can prog for the G point will be the gravity center of every part and so create the surrounding like a soul and a body the new tools development can help designer in there work.
