Did complete new install over existing RedHat 7.0 install (factory install by Dell on Latitude notebook).  Initial boot of system after install.

Error Msg:

Application "panel" (process 1461) has crashed due to fatal error.  (Segmentation fault.)
This system has run RH 7.0 with all applicable updates without error since new.

Initial boot after install.
