I'm on a hiDPI Dell XPS 13 (3200x1800) with 2 fullHD (1920x1080) and 1 1680x1050 screen.

When trying to configure any monitor layout with 3 screens on at the same time, I'm not able to move any of the monitors in the layout tool - anywhere, they don't move by a pixel.

Enabling a new screen adds it to the right of the currently enabled screens. Changing the scaling of any of the screens makes the layout mixed, randomly.

This way, it's really challenging to configure the layout of three non-scaled screens next to each other and completely impossible to work with scaled screens or to create a vertical layout.

This sounds like the same issue as bug 786971.
