Patch to resolve the scaling problem with ultra wide video.

I'm using compositor to mix multiple video sources. It works really well mostly, but I got a scaling problem with the ultra wide video I have (400 by 9). Since the video's width ratio is much bigger than height ratio, the pad_width ends up with really a high number.

With this patch attached, compositing now works fine with all my videos. Please review and apply it to upstream.

Thanks,
