Tekken 3 used to be detected but since the introduction of the new disc parsing system, it's not found anymore.

This seems to be caused by the executable not being at the root of the disc: "BOOT = cdrom:\TEKKEN3\SLUS_004.02;1".

playstation: Parse only the basename of the executable

Strip anything before '\' or '/' from the executable filename parsed
from a PlayStation disc. This allows to better parse the disc's ID.
