Using 3.25.4 on Ubuntu, 3.25.91 just got installed and the UI displayed a notification saying that a restart is required to use new plugins, the end of the string is showing untranslated and looking to the source code it looks like it might be untranslatable?

That's the GError->message -- I don't think we'll show those for the final release.

that works too I guess, the current error is not user friendly and has duplicated content so it probably makes sense to not show the details of the error
