Description Allan Day 2017-08-23 16:07:00 UTC
When I move the pointer over the top row in the sidebar, the icon and text briefly changes colour when the pointer exits (when the hover state comes to an end).

With the Wi-Fi and Printer rows, this only happens when the rows aren't selected (don't have the blue background). The icon and text briefly flashes white.

On the other hand, the About row only exhibits the phenomenon when it is selected (does have the blue background) - in this case the icon and text flashes black.
