Description Sebastien Bacher 2017-08-22 14:11:56 UTC
The bug has been reported on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-translations/+bug/1704533

The libgweather weather descriptions are not showing translated and seen on this screenshot
https://launchpadlibrarian.net/328920620/weather.png

The issue is that the description comes from libgweather but the gettext call doesn't specificy to use that domain and it tries to look for it in the gnome-weather one
Comment 1 Giovanni Campagna 2017-08-22 15:43:52 UTC
The information comes straight from libgweather, which uses the macros defined in g18n-lib.h, which in turn call dgettext.

And in fact, I cannot reproduce this with the latest version of libgweather and gnome-weather.

Comment 3 Gunnar Hjalmarsson 2017-12-11 13:12:40 UTC
The issue proved to be related to a template name confusion on the Ubuntu side, so this bug report may be closed.
