Description 1d28ed33 2017-08-22 09:36:07 UTC
https://posteo.de/ and https://mailbox.org/ are both privacy-aware German mail provider, which also offer an address book and calendar.

Both use CalDAV/WebDAV. See https://posteo.de/en/help/how-do-I-synchronise-my-posteo-address-book-with-other-programs-or-devices and https://davdroid.bitfire.at/configuration/posteode/ for details about Posteo and https://davdroid.bitfire.at/configuration/mailboxorg/ for Mailbox.org (appearently, they use the default ports for CalDAV/WebDAV).

It would be nice if these services could be included directly in GNOME Accounts, so one can easily set them up and sync calendar and similar data with them. Otherwise, also CalDAV/WebDAV support could alos be added, which would allow them to use these providers, too.
Comment 1 GNOME Infrastructure Team 2021-07-05 10:59:39 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-online-accounts/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
