balsa.appdata.xml is not hooked up for translation.

I don’t think that’s enough. You need the Autotools magic. :)

OK, I just pushed a version with a translatable balsa.appdata.xml.in file, and some INTLTOOL stuff to work with it. I hope it helps!

I tested compiling Balsa from git, and I can confirm that it produces an AppData file with translations. Thank you!

Thanks for going to the trouble of building from git to verify the fix--that's above and beyond!

Thanks also to Мирослав Николић for the updated Serbian translation, which allowed me to see an Appdata file with translations in my own setup!
