New Requirement:

Webvtt subtitle parsing in subparse element is based on very old spec of webvtt subtitle.

Support for latest webvtt subtitle spec needs to be implemented in subparse element.

Thanks for your interest, but we expect such enhancement requests to come with patches. Please re-open if you have such patches.
