The I9 is a US gov't form that people have to fill out to verify their employability when they get hired into a job. When assisting an intern in filling this out, I noticed evince cannot open the main I9 form available on the US govt site. Here is the file:

When I try to open the file in evince, it says:

This is because poppler, the PDF library used by evince, does not support XFA forms.  Poppler has an open bug report for this at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/14265.
