what i see in the tool box

Hi, In my laptop MSI gp62 6qf i can't use any tool, everything works wrong, as example i only can change the tools by selecting the tool and pressing enter instead of just give click, when i try to move the layers i can't do it, i can drag it but i can see the lines which show you where to reassign the layer position and after leave the layer nothing happens.
Also when i select rescale tool i can't see boxes to set the width or height of the object without clicking on it before.

Might be the same issue as bug 774012 - something in GTK+ seems to discard some events when it assumes application windows to be covered.

This matches the symptoms described in bug 780979.
I'll resolve any report with similar issues as a duplicate.
