Adds missing semicolon in the markdown file for the tutorial.

The example code for this tutorial:

https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/tutorials/basic/media-formats-and-pad-capabilities.html

is missing a semicolon. Search for 'padtemplate = pads->data' string to find the place where it missing.

Attaching a patch which hopefully fixes this.
