When seeking with a stop != GST_CLOCK_TIME_NONE, the value is not taken into account and the stream keeps going until its end/forever.

Also note that with playbin3, the stream actually never ends at all (stuck without any EOS event).

Reproduce:

gst-validate-launcher -t validate.rtsp.playback.seek_with_stop.tron_en_ge_aac_h264_ts -v

See that -validate detects it and report a WARNING:

   warning : Query position reported a value outside of the current expected segment
             Detected on <seek_with_stop>
