GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 78373
panel/applets are all a mess
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
Package: gnome-applets Severity: normal Version: 0 Synopsis: panel/applets are all a mess Bugzilla-Product: gnome-applets Bugzilla-Component: gweather BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (1.114.0) Description: Description of Problem: This is almost definitely related to bug 78372 marked against the panel. I had put the gweather applet on my menu panel yesterday (along with a couple of other applets: cpu, memory and email monitors) When I logged in this morning, I had an error message saying that I did not have a menu panel, do I want to create one. When I clicked on 'yes' it re-created the menu panel but without any applets that I had added. When I logged out and back in, I got this error message saying that gweather had crashed. Looks like my old panel is in some sort of limbo state, but I am not really qualified to say...
