I think gst-validate should instead depend on gst-rtsp-server and ship its own little utility for that purpose. This provides more flexibility as more testing/configuration options/variants are added in future.

Yes, don't depend on some *example* from another repository. Someone might also change it in the future and then gst-validate is broken :)
