glade file that was used

I try to run my app on Windows 10 (Hebrew, so RTL) and the GtkSpinButton widget was broken as you can see here: https://i.imgur.com/LyxMYo0.png

It happaned only with the win32 theme and I haven't tested it with LTR but I attached the glade file I used.

This does not affect Adwaita theme (LTR or RTL). This does affect win32 theme (RTL). This affects all and any spinbuttons (such as the ones in gtk3-demo). Tested with gtk+-3.22.7.

Best workaround is to use Adwaita instead of [poorly-|un]maintained win32 theme.
