GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 782605
"Update All" is visible, when no updates are available
Last modified: 2017-07-26 09:51:28 UTC
Created attachment 351789 [details] screenshot I've got a notification, that my latest OS updates got installed successfully. I've clicked on it and saw the latest installed updates in a little window. I've closed this, and now there is a button "Update all", but there are no updates available. I can switch between the tabs (installed etc.), but if i switch back to "updates", the button is still here. I've attached a screenshot.
commit b66b5665211907b88b96419e81beddf645b9150a Author: Richard Hughes <richard@hughsie.com> Date: Mon May 15 11:25:33 2017 +0100 trivial: Do not show the 'Update All' button at panel start If we don't get a call to gs_updates_page_update_ui_state() then the button is left visible. I'm using 3.24.3 and the bug still exists. I had some flatpak updates available in software, so I clicked "Update All" in the headerbar. After a while, all update got installed, but the "Update All" button in the headerbar was still visible. (and clickable) I'm not sure if the fix is already included in 3.24.3
