Patch to update webkitgtk to 2.14.7

I already tried to submit this via github (https://github.com/GNOME/gnome-sdk-images/pull/2) but it was rejected and I was redirected to bugzilla.gnome.org. But here there is no product for the gnome flatpak runtimes as already reported here:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=769277

So by now I'm running out of ideas how to submit this patch :P

Webkitgtk has issues with the recently updated google login dialog. This was already fixed with the latest point release 2.14.7

Thanks, pushed to 3-22, will update the runtime when it has built everywhere.
