With gnome 3.24.2 (also with 3.24.1) albums and artists view are blank. Songs and playlists tabs don't have this problem.

Os: archlinux with gnome 3.24.2

Most likely your files aren't tagged correctly.

Can you attach the output of 'tracker info <file>' of one such file.

tracker info
Comment 3 Giacomo 2017-05-11 19:43:07 UTC
All my music files are tagged with easytag, with other player or previous version of gnome-music worked well
Comment 4 Marinus Schraal 2017-05-12 19:25:41 UTC
I notice your music dir isn't ~/Music, is it linked or did you set our XDG music dir to it?

Other than that it should work with that metadata. Any output on the commandline?

output

Music dir isn't ~/Music, i change it in user-dirs.dirs (XDG_MUSIC_DIR="/mnt/Dati/Musica")
In attachment output of commandline
Comment 6 Marinus Schraal 2017-05-13 07:54:05 UTC
Ok, then your XDG dir is fine. However the commandline output (a fresh run I assume, clicking through albums/artists) is a bit worrying. It's an error I haven't seen with regular tracker queries.

What is your tracker version? What size is your music library?

Same issue here on Fedora 26, Gnome 3.24.2 tracker 1.12.2
Comment 10 Giovanni 2017-08-22 14:16:52 UTC
The issue is on Language settings, (I'm Italian and Giacomo too), if in Gnome panel I set Region & Lenguage to 'USA', or something else, Music works fine.
Comment 11 Marinus Schraal 2017-08-24 08:24:29 UTC
That makes this a dupe of #784832 , see comment #21 for some information.
