I am filing on behalf of user who is primarily interested in Gnome recipes as a information store for their own assorted recipes, and as such would desire a method to launch the app directly to their 'My recipes' category. I feel that a command line argument would be a possible solution to this enhancement request.

Jakub, do you think that would be reasonable ? Maybe we need to polish the my recipes screen a bit to make it usable as a landing page.
