Description ayaka 2017-04-25 16:31:50 UTC
https://goo.gl/FVi2tO
I upload some video samples at my google driver.
Those video could be decoded by ffmpeg(through mplayer) normally. But with playbin of the Gstreamer, it looks like the only the frame is decoded and display, the future frame are not.
The VP8 ivf looks like have the same problem, but I don't have the standard video sample, so I just mention it here.
I have tried vaapi(intel) and vp9dec, the result is the same.
The VP9 hardware decoder at Rockchip seems have the same result(through Gstreamer rockchip plugin).

I mean "It looks like only the first frame is decoded and display with the Gstreamer playbin"
Even force the decoder from vaapi to vp9dec,the result is the same.
Those video looks like coming from a video sample library, I have a thousand of those kind of video in different resolutions and profile.
