Description Jeremy Bicha 2017-04-18 15:14:45 UTC
Ubuntu 17.04 has been receiving a lot of crash reports from gnome-calendar 3.24.0. I don't have a reproducer but maybe these stack traces will help.

I have a thread stacktrace but it was too many characters to be accepted by bugzilla.gnome.org :(
Comment 3 Jeremy Bicha 2017-04-18 15:18:08 UTC
gnome-calendar (11) get_start_of_week → gcal_week_header_add_event → cal_data_model_add_to_subscriber → cal_data_model_foreach_component → e_cal_data_model_subscribe

This is ultra-high priority, updating the bug info.

I believe commit 40993b1 fixed all the issues we used to have with the Week view. Could you please confirm that?

I wanted to release 3.24.1 without this horrible crash, but I realize that maybe I'll have to release it without closing this bug, to let the users see if it's crashed.

Meanwhile, I'll mark this bug as NEEDINFO.

Jeremy: Any possibility to confirm?
