To reproduce:

1) Connect to internet through mobile broadband,
2) Open control-panel network panel, it shows the mobile broadband as connected.
3) Suspend/resume
4) Panel still shows mobile broadband connected which is no longer accurate

This bug should be duplicated with bug#690361.
