1. launch dconf-editor with ro_RO.utf8 locale

Actual results:
Lot of strings are in English

Expected results:
The whole application is in Romanian

Anybody is free to provide an updated (more complete) translation at https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/dconf-editor/master/po/ro hence closing as INVALID (not anything that developers themselves could fix) as we'd otherwise could track tens of thousands of non-complete languages and modules in Bugzilla for no particular purpose.
